Our policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Likewise, intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or substances, and flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned.

Other items that cannot be returned:

* gift cards

* Downloadable software

* Certain health and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable).

* Books that show obvious signs of use.

* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund was approved or declined.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or reduced-price items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or reduced price items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same item, please email us and send your item to: France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, we'll mail you a gift certificate.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to that gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Sending

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: Rue du Lac 2, 2014 Milvignes, Switzerland.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged item may vary.

If you are sending an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a tracked service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
